MISSION

APICORP’s mission is to develop the Arab energy sector through a range of creative, value adding solutions, provided on a commercial basis, facilitating value maximisation. Our offering includes equity investment, debt financing, financial advisory and energy research services.

Investments
The Investments business manages APICORP’s portfolio of direct and indirect investments in the energy and related sectors. The investments portfolio consists of investments in petrochemicals, oil and gas field services, refining, energy intensive businesses, shipping and petroleum storage. APICORP’s investment portfolio are spread globally, including over six Arab countries.

Corporate Finance
The Corporate Finance business provides loan funding and financial advisory services with a focus on project and trade finance. These services are typically provided to local, regional and international sponsors in the energy and related sectors. Treasury and Capital Markets
The Treasury and Capital Markets business ensures that APICORP is adequately funded and that market risks are proactively managed. It invests the liquidity surplus of the Corporation largely in capital and money markets and therefore provides income which is not closely correlated to the energy sector.
